1 General

1.1 What is personal data

Personal information is information that may disclose or disclose the identity of the user. We adhere to the principle of data avoidance. As far as possible, the collection of personal data is waived.1.2 Handling of personal data

1.3 Usage data

When visiting the website, general technical information is collected. These are the used IP address, time, duration of the visit, browser type and if necessary the origin side. These usage data are registered for technical reasons in a logfile and can be used and stored for the purpose of statistical analysis of this website. A linking of this usage data with your other personal data does not take place.

2.2 Right to rectification

You have the right to correct incorrect personal data relating to you and may request the completion of incomplete personal data in accordance with Art. 16 GDPR.

2.3 Right to cancellation

You have the right to demand that the personal data concerning you be deleted immediately. We are obliged to delete them immediately, especially if one of the following reasons applies:

  • Your personal information is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed.
  • You revoke your consent to the processing of your data and there is no other legal basis for processing.
  • Your data was processed unlawfully.

The right to cancellation does not exist if your personal data is required to assert, exercise or defend our legal rights.

2.4 Right to restriction of processing

You have the right to demand that we restrict the processing of your personal data if

  • you deny the accuracy of the data and we therefore check the accuracy,
  • the processing is unlawful and you refuse the deletion and instead demand the restriction of use
  • we no longer need the data, but you need it to assert, exercise or defend legal claims,

7.1 Use of Youtube

This website and the integrated offers contain so-called embedding of videos on YouTube. These allow the connection to YouTube and the videos stored there. YouTube is an offer from Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google"). Here no interests of the users are affected, which outweigh this technical necessity of the integration of the videos (kind 6 I S. 1 f GDPR). For the purpose and scope of Google's data collection and use, as well as your rights and preferences for protecting as a customer of YouTube, please refer to the YouTube Privacy Policy. 7.2 Affiliate Links and Advertising

We place affiliate and advertising links or banners for certain third-party providers on our website. With these links / banners, we generate revenue (advertising cost refunds), if this link / banner is purchased from the respective third party or if its page is called up. The third party may use cookies to locate the origin of the orders or the call. However, this has no effect on the use of our website and in particular does not constitute a purchase obligation. We use so-called web fonts from Google to show you a consistent font on our website. This website uses click-to-log for the organization, distribution and analysis of newsletters, a service provided by CLICK-TIPP LIMITED, 15 Cambridge Court, 210 Shepherd's Bush Road, London W6 7NJ, United Kingdom. The data entered by you for the purpose of newsletter subscription will be stored on the servers of Klick-Tipp.

We can determine with the help of click-tip, if and when a newsletter message opened and which links were clicked if necessary. With click-tip we can sort the newsletter recipients by various categories (so-called tagging). In this case, the newsletter recipients can be e.g. Divide by gender, personal preference or customer relationship. In this way we can better adapt our newsletter to the respective target groups.
